Snoring can never be music to anyone’s hearing and especially to the partner of the person snoring. Snoring causes social relationships to deteriorate and is also a sign of medical condition.
The studies suggest that snoring is a sign that there are chances of cardiovascular disease and can suffer from stroke and diabetes. It may not be a serious condition but you will also need to consider it as a serious problem.

The sleeping position can also cause snoring. Try changing that position and you may find that the snoring stops automatically. IF you sleep on one side try changing your side. If you lie flat on your back then try sleeping on your side which may stop that snoring.
